• Cancellation requests must be sent at least 24 hours prior to the course or batch start date.
• Cancellations are not accepted once a batch has commenced or live sessions have been attended.
• Missed sessions by the student are not eligible for cancellation, refund, or rescheduling unless approved for valid reasons.
